Seasoning
With Sole e Natura (Sun and Nature) seasoning, you do not have to give up tasty and delicious dishes and recipes. La Leggera (Light) béchamel and cream represent excellent vegetable alternatives to traditional ones and they can be used in place of the latter, with many more advantages. First of all, they are 100% vegetable and soya-based and all the ingredients come from biological agriculture. Since they are free of lactose, they are perfect for who does not tolerate cow milk or is allergic to casein. We point out that differently from all other Sole e Natura (Sun and Nature) products, the béchamel contains gluten.
It is scientifically proven that consuming soya regularly, among many other benefits (see the articles on our website for additional information on the topic), allows to lower the cholesterol level in the blood and prevent the risk of arteriosclerosis and heart attack.
Bechamel 200ml Vegetable bechamel sauce alternative Ingredients: water, dehulled Italian soya beans* (7,62 %), wheat flour*, palm* and sunflower* oil mix, wheat starch*, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, nutmeg*, Thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, natural flavours. * ( = from organic farming) Soy obtained from organic farming origin hence not genetically modified. Shake well before use. Store at room temperature. Once opened store in the fridge between 0° to + 4°C and use within 3-4 days.

Vegetable sauce used as an alternative cooking cream - Gluten Free
Ingredients: water, dehulled Italian soya beans* (7,0%), rape oil*, wheat syrup*, sunflower seed oil*, soy lecithin, Thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, sea salt, natural flavour, antioxidant: natural tocopherol extract.

Shake well before use.
Store at room temperature.
